I bet that "Anna'Rayne Darilek" is full of herself and probably didn't get her way about something. I've been there many times over the years and the owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met!
7. Socially.....only 1 get together to make friends in 5 months. Woo-hoo!

Didn't stay there but had some dealings with Walter the owner.. not really a guy you can bank on. The place looks reasonably kept but otherwise uneventful.
The owner of the lot was extremely rude. Disrespectful. She was prejudice/racist against Mexicans. My family was treated like trash and kicked out of this place after only two nights. She was a very heartless person. We weren't rude loud or bothersome. We kept to ourselves. But from the minute we checked in she judged the color of my husbands skin and was awful the entire time.
10. As a Safety Professional....started out all charming and glowing then I observed the mistakes. Please read and take note. Go somewhere else where you the customer get treated right.....all the time.
3. Unit finally gave up.....owner took forever to replace.......after we left of course!
8. Towns are Lockhart 14 miles east and Bastrop 20 miles east. Shop there.....shopping is too far away.
5. Next to the road-----road noise and big trucks make for a very noisy environment.
9. LASTLY.....the ALMIGHTY DOLLAR $$$$$ rules here. Don't leave a rut or you pay $50.00 penalty.
4. WIFI-----there is none and very little if any when you get on.
Beautiful, friendly, clean, and fun! We loved every day here. Can't say enough good things about Kelly. She loves her campers and goes over and beyond to keep this Resort in top notch condition.
1. Tiny home has termites in the floor. 5 areas verified. Very Poor!
2. Air conditioner was a wall unit. TOO LOUD and noisy!
